Stop Being A “Snoozer”: Use Subliminal Messages To Increase Your Motivation

Where do you fit in on the scale of motivation? If 1 is a ‘snoozer’ type person who has trouble getting out of bed, continuously moving from one life project to another without quite getting into a successful state and 10 is a joyful ‘get up and go’ type person who pours lots of energy and focus into making everything they do work for them.

Snoozers can get to know their minds and what makes any experience compelling and motivating and reduce their stress levels before they get out of control.
