Myself as a Humanitarian

I will now tell you a story about someone who used to be so fat but eventually became slimmer. She was so fat in her high school days. She has been so huge before, that is why she has been called as a pig. I know this person so well.

And when she made up her mind that she’s going to the gym for weekends, she then considered that it was not as helpful as what she would expect because it would only make her feel so tired at the end of the day. Start your goal setting process by creating a list of dreams. Force yourself to write down 100 things before you go back and fine tune your list.
List all of the places you want to visit, life experiences you would like to have and toys you would like to own like a new Audi RS4. List things you would like to accomplish in life, skills you would like to acquire and the amount of money you would like to make.
Detail the type of house you would like to own, the business or career you would like to create and the lifestyle you’d like your family to enjoy.
From this magnificent list you just made, pick the 10 most exciting things and add deadline dates for them. Next, go back and set in-between or halfway goals for each. Finally, the last thing you must do is list short-term goals that will contribute to the achievement of the transitional goals and ultimately the long-term goals.
There is not a limit to the quantity of goals that you set, just make sure you list only the ones that you are truly dedicated to attaining.
Life’s Success In Me
One day I went to the store to buy grahams and creams. I was going to bake a ref cake for my brother from Australia. Oh my God, I was really excited then, with all the preparations made, I was so sure that he’s going to appreciate all of these.
When he was already there in the venue, as expected, he became so happy about the welcome I prepared for him. But when it comes to the foods served, it was not that appreciated because of his illness. I then understood the side of my brother. He has hypertension added to diabetes and high blood pressure.
If he is not going to lose weight within two weeks, he will undergo liposuction. With all of the apparatus and medicines inside the operating room for liposuction, of course he got a little afraid. Because of this, I recommended to that brother of mine the use of two exercising equipments which were of great help to me. I was then able to lose 10 inches in 5 months. This was due to me spending hours on learning and applying the best way to lose tummy fat as quickly as possible. My friend taught me a workout on the small exercise ball and when I used it in a consistent manner, I was able to get rid of all those fats. In two days time, my brother expected that he’s going to be slimmer.
