Enjoying Life Means You Must Organize Your Time
We would be foolhardy to waste the precious time we are given on this planet. There are times when the hours drag by and times when it seems faster but there are only 24 hours every day. Our days are numbered and we only get three hundred and sixty-five days each year. None of us knows how many years we have left but it would be a shame not to enjoy these best and only years of our lives.
You don’t get any choice on how much time you have. We all want more of everything but the one thing you can never get more of is time. The clock doesn’t stop so when you have some spare time use it or lose it. The llimits to what you can achieve are more about lack of time than they are about money.
Every minute is valuable when you realize that we have a limited supply of those minutes. The phrase time management is a term we associate with business efficiancy but we can all learn time management skills and use the techniques in our daily lives to achieve more or what we want from life.
There are limits to what is possible but we all have hopes and dreams of things we want to achieve. With more time available you will be able to spend more time with your family and doing the things you want to do. Whatever you want to get out of life, if you can free up more of your time to do what you enjoy then you will be a happier person.
Until you know what happens to all the time you have you can’t make the most of it. The knowledge of where our time goes helps us plan better for how we should go about doing things in the future.
The achievements or lack of them this week may be something you think about in years to come. Will you look back and be glad you spent two hours watching a TV program you weren’t really interested in? Wasted hours are gone and you might wish you had spent the time enjoying life with your children or doing things with your partner?
I expect you waste some time most days. Finding things to do tp pass the time. You could do something more worthwhile than that. The time you had has gone, never to return. Spend a few moments every day thinking about your personal time management and decide if what you are doing is what you really want to do. Get more out of life by organising your time and planning what needs to be done.
Goal Setting & Time Management
Time Management & Goal Setting Gear
While science is at its most advanced state nowadays, there remains to be a lot of things to juggle for a typical career-oriented individual. For most family-oriented persons, there is the burden of juggling work, career, family and other factors involved in one’s social life.
You can read more on Time Management & Goal Setting
The answer is Time Management & Goal Setting. Many highly successful persons are often asked what their secret to success is. And more often than not, they have the same response, and that is Goal Setting. However, although this is almost an expected response, many are still baffled at how Time Management really works.
Goal Setting is simply the proper allocation of time for certain tasks. First, the important tasks have to be arranged in a certain way where it is clustered into sectors and listed according to urgency and importance. For example, the important parts of your life are career, your daughter, your home, your art, and your family. You have to know which one to drop first whenever you need to do something.
After that, you will need help from some Productivity Tools designed to aid you in the correct process of prioritization AND remembering that order.
Quick-and-Easy Reminders
Goal Setting Tools & Time Management Techniques
There are a lot of persons who need lots of reminder when it comes to taking care of medium sized businesses. Often, they are too small that they are disregarded as unimportant. If you are one of them, buy some quick-and-easy teasers. What’s good about technology is you can probably put an alarm just about everywhere! Cellular phones nowadays have built-in organzing device of your choices, post-its are available in different sorts, and even the good old refrigerator door magnets have come in a lot of forms.
What is important is that the frequency of the reminding is now being increased. This is good for Time Management & Goal Setting because it keeps you aware of the things which you have to do especially if they’re urgent.
The organzing device of your choice + Watch Tandem
These are staples for just about every busybody from the college beadle to the corporate leader. The organizer is something that holds your appointments and it’s also a tiny little space for some writing. Busybodies usually have contact numbers of random people they meet, gifts for a not-so-relevant birthday party that he has to go to or some sudden brilliant ideas that come to mind. For these and more, you will need an organizer. It has to be a little agenda, just enough to fit in a small handbag, and should be made of durable material. You must bring your organzing device of your choice with you every day, in case you need to list something down as a reminder.
Moreover, the perfect complement to an organizer is a high-quality watch. You may have experienced running late for an appointment just because your watch didn’t work well. What’s worse is that the person you’re meeting wouldn’t even believe you. This blunder can easily be avoided. Just get a high quality watch. Having a good sense of time is practically the first step in Productivity.
The Perfect mindset
It’s pressuring to know that you have a lot of things in your hand and it seems like you can’t even do anything about it. Don’t tip over.
Moreover, keep a be on your toes kind of manner of thinking as you maneuver your way into your busy life. Sure, there are times when you distance yourself from your organizing device of your choice. It is a painful reminder of the busy life they lead for some. It’s perfectly alright to feel some form of eternal urgency but take some time off once in a while. You must never neglect yourself in your list of tasks.

Procrastination Doesn’t Lead to Success
Be Proactive
Dreams are great springboards to success, but only if they lead to action.
Success doesn’t happen unless we take action.
Becoming a success and accomplishing your dreams requires hard work – and action. Don’t let what others might say keep you from starting. Realizing one’s dreams is an individual responsibility.
Thomas Edison is remembered as a great inventor, but before he succeeded, he invented a lot of things that failed. Abraham Lincoln is remembered as a great President, but before he became President, he failed in business multiple times. Even Babe Ruth struck out lots of times before he hit all his home runs.
We must take the initiative to make good things happen in our lives.
Pitchers were afraid to let the Babe bat, so they walked him many times – but we’re probably not nearly as talented and our competition is not afraid of us. Most of us don’t get things dropped in our laps, we have to work for them.
Don’t Procrastinate!
How many people do you know who’s frequent answer is “I’ll do it later”, when all they ever do is sit on the couch, snooze, or play golf (the “Round Tu-It” trap).
But taking action to realize goals?
Oh, no, “I’ll do it manana”.
Don’t waste your life sitting on the couch.
Your dreams are important to you, but the only way to realize them and realize success in life that you both want and deserve is to get up off the couch and take some action.
What could you do in the next five minutes to further you goals and put yourself on the path toward success and fulfillment in life?

Finding Inspiration for Your Article Marketing Topics
If you run an online business, you have so many things to think about. You must contol of the always growing list of tasks.
One of the many things that you must do is to manage your article marketing efforts to increase efficiency. Surprisingly, a very time consuming part of article marketing is simply coming up with unique ideas to use as topics for the articles. Anything that you can do to improve in this area will increase the overall well-being of your company. After all, your job is to look for efficiencies wherever you locate them.
Therefore, I thought I would share some good ideas ofsources for article topics.
- Every business should keep a list of every question asked by customers or prospective customers who email or call. Many of those questions can be turned into short, informative articles.
- Watch for news stories in magazines, TV, Internet or newspapers that are directly or indirectly related to your niche. If the news organization thought there was a story in that, chance are there is also an article that you can write about it.
- Look for questions pertaining to your niche that are asked in online forums. If someone cares enough to ask a question on a forum, chances are that others are asking the same or a similar question. Consequently, it is a good article topic.
- Go to some of the top article directories, such as A1Articles. Again, search keywords. Read some of the articles authored by others. Is there a way you can put your own unique spin on that topic?
- Take a fresh look at articles that are on your own website. Can those topics be repurposed with more of an informational and less of a marketing perspective?
When you dedicate time to finding topics, don’t stop until you have assembled a list that will last a while. You’ll probably find that one idea leads to another. Keep that long list in an appropriate folder where all of your writers will have access to it. Once a writer uses an idea, delete it to avoid inefficient recycling of the same ideas.
Avoid the “Round Tu-It
Action leads to success; procrastination doesn’t. There are lots of dreamers in the world, but if all you ever do is dream, it’s unlikely you’ll succeed in life.
Becoming a success and achieving your dreams requires hard work – and action. Don’t let fear of failure, or what others might say, keep you from succeeding. Realzing one’s dreams is an individual responsibility.
We remember Thomas Edison as a great inventor, but before he succeeded, he invented a lot of “failures.”. Abraham Lincoln is remembered as a great President, but before he became President, he failed in business multiple times. Babe Ruth was a great baseball player, but even he struck out many times at the plate.
We must be proactive, and take our best swing, if we ever hope to become successful.
Babe Ruth got some free walks because he was such a fearsome batter, but we’re not in his league. If we want to realize our dreams, we’re going to have to take the initiative and do the work that is necessary.
How many times have you heard someone say, “Don’t rush me, I’ll get around to it” (i.e., when all they ever do is snooze, watch TV or go play golf (the “Round Tu-It” problem).
But taking action to realize goals? “I’ll do it manana”.Couch potatoes don’t succeed; they simply fritter their lives away. Your dreams are important to you, but the only way to realize them and accomplish success in life that you both want and deserve is to get up off the couch and take some action.

Create Your Own 4-Hour Work Week
Timothy Ferriss, author of the 4 Hour Work Week, is a self described “serial entrepreneur and ultravagabond” who lives a lifestyle that most of us could only dream about — until now. Ferriss’ free-wheeling book has been a #1 Wall Street Journal Best Seller, a #1 NY Times Best Seller, and a #1 BusinessWeek Bestseller.
Ferriss presents a step-by-step guide to his free-wheeling lifestyle, allowing us to follow in his footsteps and realize lifelong dreams. Albert Pope, derivatives specialist at UBS World Headquarters, has called him “Indiana Jones for the digital age”.
Replace obsolete assumptions with the Rules of the New Rich and enjoy life more right now.
Entrepreneurs need to replace the limiting assumptions that prevent us from enjoying life now. We should replace limiting assumptions that waste our time and force us to live in a particular location.
Value your time and your mobility as you learn to join the ranks of the New Rich (NR). Lifestyle Design (LD) incorporates elements of both art and science.”
His model provides us with a roadmap for realizing our own lifelong dreams. He shows us how to:
- Live like a millionaire
- Free time and automate income
- Outsource your life to overseas virtual assistants for $5/hour
- Travel the world without quitting your job
- Eliminate 50% of your work in 48 hours
- Trade a long-haul career for short work bursts and mini-retirements
He uses the DEAL acronym to describe his model, where:
- D = Definition
- E = Elimination
- A = Automation
- L = Liberation
According to Ferris, the Rules of the New Rich include the following:
- Retirement is Worst-Case Scenario Insurance
- Interest and Energy are Cyclical
- Less is Not Laziness
- The Timing Is Never Right
- Ask for Forgiveness, Not Permission
- Emphasize Strengths, Don’t Fix Weaknesses
- Things in Excess Become the Opposite
- Money Alone is Not the Solution
- Relative Income is More Important than Absolute Income
- Distress is Bad, Eustress is Good
He encourages us to use “Dreamlining” to design our own luxurious lifestyles. Using principles of elimination, simplification and outsourcing are keys to creating your own life among the New Rich (NR).
Automation is another key component of the Lifestyle Design (LD) process.e., building a system to replace ourselves as bottlenecks. Don’t automate anything that should be eliminated, and don’t delegate anything that should be automated or simplified.
Use this book as a roadmap taking you on a journey to opportunities that others will never see. Along the way, you’ll come to realize that having options, i.e.Our choice is our real power.
Courage and self-confidence are the necessary ingredients for realizing our lifelong dreams.
Ferriss’ 4 Hour Workweek book is compelling as proven by its #1 ranking on three different best seller lists. I plan to implement many of his ideas into my own life and am presently automating my income using the Infinite Income Plan.
I recommend you check out Ferriss’ book and his website/blog.
This is a great book that I recommend to every entrepreneur. Ferriss provides a detailed roadmap, including extensive lists of resources, in this book and on his website.
Reduce Your Stress and Learn To Be Happy
Taking too much of anything is negative for the health. In small amounts stress is actually healthy for you, as it could help to keep you functioning at your best. However, stress that burdens a little too much could take a physical, as well as mental, toll to your body. Stress should be managed in order for depression or anxiety to be avoided.
So how should you do it then? Follow these helpful tips and advice to help in managing and preventing stress.
Write it out, schedule it out, and above everything else, try to relax.
It is best to write down everything that seems to be overwhelming. You will find an organized-to-do-list much easier to keep track of than having errands all piled up in your head. Writing down your ideas, and putting a specific schedule and time to do them, helps anyone manage activities one chunk at a time. Crossing out a duty that has already been accomplished is very rewarding and could actually help you feel more relaxed when busy doing the other tasks at hand.
Relax,focus, and take it easy.
At least, try not to expell too much energy on activities that are currently not priorities. This is in order for your energy to be not easily expended on the tasks that are not that important, at least for now.
Delegate, delegate, delegate.
You need not do everything all at once, and you need not do all of your tasks on your own. Ask for help, get help, or pay for help. When there is a feeling of being overwhelmed that is cropping up, hire someone to mow the lawn or have grandma come over for your children. The feeling of being pressed to complete something on time will somehow be eliminated if tasks are delegated. It takes a load off unnecessary worry and anxiety. Moreover, it is easier checking up on how things are going, than worrying yourself sick doing everything on your own, all at once.
Give yourself a well deserved reward.
make sure to give yourself a pat on the back. Furthermore,it is completely necessary that before getting on to the next tasks and activities, no matter how big or small, to acknowledge your efforts and accomplishments. It will greatly reduce stress and could even make you happier in doing the next task.
Give yourself a break.
You need it to be more focused. A ten to fifteen minute break during your work is necessary. Go visit a café nearby, take a brisk walk, or do anything in getting your mind off work, this will be very beneficial for you. This is necessary to refresh and recharge. Believe it or not, you can also take some time at work and sit with your eyes closed as you visualize a peaceful landscape or a relaxing scene. If you like you can hum your favorite tune.Your mind and your muscles will love you for these stress free moments.
Relax and be cool. This can work wonders and can make you healthier, happier, and a lot more productive.
