Landscaping as a Career
I have always found the discipline of landscaping to be one of the most stimulating ones that exist. You see, I am definitely a career advisor, but I’ve not gotten to this position in the common way. I have attempted almost everything, which makes me uniquely qualified to recommend people on their possible future careers. All of the decisions that are available to your average folk, I think landscaping roles one of the best of them. You see, landscape roles pose many edges over most blue collar occupations. For one thing, landscaping roles offer fairly high 1st pay. Although the pay is not great, it’s much better than almost anything that you can get without qualifications. If you’re physically capable of doing the heavy lifting, and are good at practical tasks, you can turn a part-time landscaping job into a landscaping career with ease.
Landscaping roles are good for me for several reasons. First, there’s work available all year long. From planting flowers and plants in spring to cutting grass in the summertime, raking leaves in the autumn, and clearing away snow in winter, I knew that I would always have something lined up whenever I had time off from college. Second, I might rather work outdoors than cooped up in a store or office. With landscaping roles, I’d be able to enjoy unpolluted air and get a great workout each single day. And third, I could earn a load more at landscaping roles than at shops, restaurants, or other places such as that. Since one of my main goals is to make as much cash as possible while on break, landscaping roles fit the bill.
Another feature of landscaping roles is that they provide people who have trouble in normal tutorial establishments with a method to make a life for themselves. In landscaping jobs, particularly if you are working for a small contractor or are self employed, it isn’t how good you look on paper that matters the majority of the time, but whether or not you can get the job finished. If you have good skills and good landscaping ideas, you have all you need. Combine these with rudimentary interpersonal skills, and you will be able to sell yourself to nearly any customer. After all, people with the money to hire a landscape gardener love to have their gardens look good. If you have good landscape ideas and have the power to implement them, people will be prepared to pay you a tasty sum to do landscaping jobs around the house.
Naturally, landscaping roles do have their drawbacks. There’s a pretty serious risk of injury, and almost not one of the landscaping jobs have acceptable job security if you are hurt. Of course , you are sometimes required to work as an independent contractor, which means that you think your own risk. If you should happen to be hurt well on the landscaping job, you are essentially out of luck unless you have a great support system. Also, because landscaping jobs are at will, if you don’t get together with your boss there is very small you can do. You might be fired for almost nothing, even if you probably did nothing wrong. In spite of all this, I believe that landscaping roles could be a great option for many people, as long as they’re galvanized self-starters.

5 Linx Income Network Marketing Review
To be honest, I’ve never really trusted Multilevel Marketing companies because of their false promises that make people join and later regret a failed venture. So it was refreshing to read about the 5Linx income opportunity that renders no false guarantees to draw in reps and renders a plain depiction of what one could expect to earn. 5 Linx just gives you a real assessment of what reps actually earn; they are transparent about the reality that the individual’s income depends on his or her marketing skills.
The Background –
5Linx deals with telecommunication products and services and provides cell phones, broadband internet, VoIPs and satellite TV. 5 Linx has made news for being one of the fastest growing companies in the United States and is well known by both consumers and people in the industry . To become a 5linx distributor, you need to invest a minimum amount and pay a small sum every month.
Why 5Linx?–
The products and services offered by 5 Linx are indispensable in today’s technology-based world. This field witnesses continuous advancements in technology; there’s always demand for products developed using new and latest technology.. 5Linx is known in the market for its friendly after-sales care and good team of marketing managers. All distributors get trained in the training center offered by 5Linx to market services and a wonderful opportunity to gain from your investment if you’re willing to work hard.
Negative Points?
Most people are deterred from joining 5Linxs because they don’t want to invest money. After all, no one’s sure if they’ll get their investment back.. It’s not an easy job to build income as a 5Linx rep. Though 5 Links teaches you to sell, remember, it’s offline sales that you’re learning, hard work is required of you to to do business, build a customer base and build a team . The answer to effective marketing lies in the internet and most companies don’t recognize this. Companies don’t and will not train you properly to effectively advocate your trade online in areas of PPC, Facebook, Twitter, Article Marketing and many other forms.
My views –
5Linx has for sale products that are not too difficult to promote and sell. At the same time, we should keep in mind the fact that there’s plenty of competition in this field; from other companies offering similar products, cheaper brands and even from other 5Linx reps! Hence, to get to the top of the ladder and get to the status of SVP where you could get to earn remarkable commissions and perquisites, you need to be a dynamic sales person.
To wrap up, 5Linx is without doubt a good investment, but make sure you have the best selling tricks to be a champion and not just a worker. Learn how to market your business through the internet and how to thrash your competition.

My Career Search
Even if you haven’t been directly affected by the economic slowdown I bet you know someone who has. Hard times have befallen people for lots of reasons from losing jobs to having their mortgage foreclosed. I wasn’t spared the hardships then the maple syrup plant I had been working at was shut down and I was laid off. It was disappointing, and I struggled to get the will to go find a new job, but then I was reminded about how many people are worse off. Since I had my revelation I spent a lot of time seeking a new job that would work for me. The other day I figured I’d consult the Internet and searched “video games for sale” into google. To tell you the truth I didn’t figure a lot of results would come up, but I suppose with so many people looking there should be people trying to meet their demands.
The first job that caught my eye was one that was looking for people to sell stock trading software. I looked at the job requirements and sadly it was a bit more then I could do. They wanted someone with past experience installing floors and I definitely don’t have that. Heck I haven’t even lifted a hammer in like 10 years. I wasn’t disheartened and kept looking for more jobs on the net.
Next I decided I should look for jobs I’m more qualified for. I starting looking for something in mid-management or maybe even an office assistant job. There surprisingly were a lot of those listed on almost every site I looked at. When I first started that search I thought that jobs would be in high demand and thus there would be few of them available. I checked these jobs out and the only real disappointment was that I am used to making more than the jobs paid.
When I sent out my applications (to 21 places total) I sat back and hoped I would hear back. I took almost a month, and I was really worried by that point, but finally I heard back from 3 places. Naturally I was quite excited and did my best to prepared and get looking good for my job. The first interview didn’t go so well. I’d attribute that to mostly nerves, coupled with the fact that I hadn’t done a job interview in so long. The second interview went a lot better and I was hopefully that I would be successful. Yesterday I heard back from the place and I got the job! I was so happy to hear back from them. In a week or so I start at my new job and I am so excited.
When I Realized I No Longer Can Handle My Job
While reflecting on the past few years I posed a questions to myself and discovered that I had lost the love for my job. Why do I work, and more importantly why do I work a job that I don’t like? Life seems too short and I figure it’s high time I go find myself a new vocation. Of course what logically follows from that is an inquisition as to what new career path I would enjoy following.
First I figured I should think why I work. People work hard all year long looking forward to when they can wake up to the sound of their cheerful children shaking presents under the {christmas wreath}. That’s the image that get’s me out of bed in the morning. The world of business is stressful and people work hard with nothing but a paycheck to look forward to.
Next I thought about activities I enjoy. I like fishing! I could be a fisherman? No that doesn’t sound as fun as the fishing I do. Then I thought that I like coaching my son’s football team. I suppose I could be a school teacher. I actually probably would like that, but the idea of going back to school for two more years, at my age, just doesn’t seem worth it.
When I think about things realistically I know I’m stuck where I am for now. Retirement is close enough that I really guess I can cope. My jobs not that bad anyway. It’s working my way up the corporate ladder that bothers me. There, that’s my solution! I’ll just stop working so hard. I’ll no longer take my cell home during my off hours, or update spreadsheets in front of the TV. My boss can’t can me. Even if he did my severance package would take me well into retirement.
Maybe this year I’ll just slack off, hang a decorated christmas wreath with the kids, and make some real memories. Now I have something major to think about. A merry Christmas, and a new years resolution to do less work. That’s one I may actually keep.
